Bookyrslf offers a platform that allows skilled individuals to promote and schedule their services. Bookyrslf acts solely as an intermediary facilitating bookings between guests and providers and does not provide these services directly.

Guest Responsibilities

As a Guest, I agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating bookings.
• Abide by the terms and conditions set forth by providers.
• Pay any applicable fees or charges associated with bookings made through the platform.
• Adhere to the cancellation and refund policies provided by providers.

Protection of Personal Information

Bookyrslf respects the privacy of its Guests and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By agreeing to this Release of Liability, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Collection and Use: Bookyrslf collects personal information only to the extent necessary for facilitating bookings and improving our services. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, and transaction details.
• Consent: Your personal information will be collected, used, or disclosed only with your explicit consent, except where required or permitted by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
• Purpose: The purposes for collecting personal information will be clearly identified by Bookyrslf at or before the time the information is collected. We will only use your personal information for the purposes stated and only retain it for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes.
• Accuracy: Bookyrslf takes reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are encouraged to amend inaccuracies and make corrections to your personal information as necessary.
• Security: We implement physical, organizational, and technological safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information to protect it from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
• Access: Upon request, you will be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and shall be given access to it. You may verify the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and may request that it be amended, if appropriate.
• Accountability: Bookyrslf is responsible for all personal information under its control and has designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable for our compliance with these principles.

Limitation of Liability

I acknowledge that Bookyrslf is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from my use of the platform or any bookings made. Bookyrslf does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services advertised by providers.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bookyrslf and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, expenses, and liability caused by my use of the platform, my violation of this agreement, or my violation of any rights of a third party through use of the platform.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the prevailing commercial arbitration rules. The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceedings shall be entitled to recover an award of its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

Modification of Terms

Bookyrslf reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Termination

Bookyrslf may suspend or terminate my access to the platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this agreement.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between me and Bookyrslf regarding my use of the platform and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment

By using Bookyrslf, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
