8. How does the payment process work?
All payments are processed securely through the platform using Stripe. Providers receive their earnings post-session, minus a nominal service fee, directly to their bank account. Guests pay when booking a session, ensuring security and trust for both parties.
9. What if I need to cancel a booking?
Guests can cancel up to 48 hours before the session without a charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours incur a fee. Providers are encouraged to avoid cancellations but can do so under extenuating circumstances. Detailed policies are available on our Help Center.
10. How are disputes handled?
Disputes should first be attempted to resolve directly between the Guest and Provider. If a resolution cannot be reached, Bookyrslf offers arbitration options to mediate and resolve the dispute fairly.
11. What is the policy for refunds?
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy. If a session is canceled timely or due to provider cancellation, a full refund is issued. 13. Do I need to be a professional to be a provider on Bookyrslf?
No, you do not need to be a professional. Bookyrslf is open to anyone passionate about sharing their skills, whether professional or enthusiast. However, certain categories may require certifications or qualifications, which will be clearly stated.
14. How does Bookyrslf handle privacy and data security?

16. How much does it cost to be a Provider on Bookyrslf?
Creating opportunities on Bookyrslf is designed to be risk-free for Providers. It's completely free to set up a profile and list your offerings. We only make money when you do. Here’s how it works:
No Initial Fees: You pay nothing upfront; creating profiles and listings is entirely free.
Commission Structure: When you complete a booking, Bookyrslf collects a 5% commission from your booking fee. Additionally, guests pay a 12% commission on the transaction, making a total of 17% commission that Bookyrslf earns per booking. This fee structure ensures that our interests are aligned: we succeed when you succeed.
17. Can I host my bookings anywhere?
All providers must abide by THEIR local laws and regulations regarding the land or location they use for bookings. This includes BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, securing any necessary city permits, Business License or WRITTEN permissions. As a provider It is your responsibility to LEARN and ensure compliance with legal requirements based on your REGION, and you accept full responsibility for your actions.
If you are planning to use specific businesses, venues, or locations, such as local bike parks, public parks, gyms or mountain resorts, be sure to communicate with the OWNERS, KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND/ OR LAND MANAGERS to get proper approval OR PARKS USE PERMITS. Always check the rules and guidelines of the facilities you plan to use and obtain any necessary permits.
18. Are providers responsible for their own legal liability and insurance?
Yes, as a provider on Bookyrslf, you are fully responsible for your own legal liability and securing any necessary insurance. Bookyrslf does not provide liability coverage, so it's recommended that you protect yourself from any potential risk or claims that may arise from your activities or services you’ve offered on Bookyrslf. We encourage all providers to seek proper insurance based on the nature of their services.
