Elad "AL" Benattar Pines Focuses on creating a service & adding value for all individuals, especially for individuals on The higher end of the Special Needs Spectrum. My Background spans over 10+ years across multiple fields, including Administrative, Customer Service, Government, & Education, but my passion is Life Coaching & Public Speaking, as he has founded the social justice movement Special Challenged Lives Matter (SCLM), as his passion for speaking about the life Challenges faced by individuals on the higher end of the spectrum had driven to become an inspirational & motivational speaker, & to become a Life Coach, not only to “talk the talk, but to walk the walk”, providing a practical, real world services to individuals, whom can become empowered to live life of their dreams on their own terms.
Elad, being diagnosed at the age of 18 as being on the higher end of the Special Needs Spectrum, had to learn, through trial & error, the Social Life Skills that aren’t taught to us in school, Moving out at the age of 19, Being Married at the age of 24, & becoming prescription medicine free at at age 28. Elad provides Life Skills Training for individuals who may lack the social life skills necessary to be able to fully connect & interact with society through everyday life interactions. Elad Motto in Life is “Follow Your Heart, but take your brain with you; Conquer your Fears, When you do, nothing can stop you; & Live Your Dreams now, Either you dream in your sleep, or you create the life of your dreams!”
Elad is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), as well as certified by the Center for Credentialing & education (CCE) as a Board Certified Coach (BCC), obtaining his life coaching mentor coaching hours working together with his Mentor Coach, Daniel Olexa, of Transcendent Living. Elad’s Education through the Life Purpose Institute (LPI), Certified Life Coach Institute (CLCI), & Robbins-Madanes Training (RMT), as well as 125 hours of coaching with 25 different clients, has prepared Elad to help all individuals, especially those on the higher end of the Special Needs Spectrum, through heart felt listening & empathy, & asking them thought provoking questions, help themselves gain the clarity of what it is they truly want in their life, & through helping them create their own action steps & accountability guideline to keep them accountable, to be there for them through life transformation process to allow them to live the life of their dreams, on their own terms.
