Meeting Instructions Meeting Spot: Meet at the designated bike park we established at the scheduled lesson time. Preparation: Arrive fully padded with helmet, knee/elbow pads and proper footwear. Make sure you are hydrated and have used the bathroom before the start of the session. Lesson Start Routine: Each session begins with some brief bike maintenance to ensure your bike is safe and ready to ride. Safety checks and stretching are included at the start of every lesson. Expectations: Be ready to ride at the scheduled start time. Bring a positive attitude and be prepared to learn at your own pace. The location
Most lessons will take place at the NSBP otherwise If the park is large or has multiple entrances, look for me near the main entrance with my black and blue bike wearing a bright orange shirt ready with my gear.Reviews
