Your four-hour mountain bike coaching session is designed to sharpen your skills and boost your confidence on the trail.
Before our session we will have a call to work through your goals for our time together. There are two pathways; one is designed to refine current skills using data capture devices like BrakeAce and other type tools. The other path is to work through a more traditional skills building program with less technology and more in-person example and demonstration.
Once the strategy is determined a typical session might look like this.
Your four-hour mountain bike coaching session is designed to sharpen your skills and boost your confidence on the trail. We’ll break down the essentials of cornering so you can carry more speed with control, then refine braking techniques to maximize traction and stability. You’ll learn bike-body separation for better handling on technical terrain, and we’ll put it all together with practical race craft strategies to help you ride smarter, faster, and with more precision. Whether you’re racing or just looking to level up your riding, this session blends focused drills, real-time feedback, and trail application to unlock your potential.

Requirements
- Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
- 20-60 years old
- All riders will need to be able bodied, provide their own mountain bike and safety equipment such as helmet, pads and eye protection.
